MPM was founded in 2016 to provide a higher standard of residential property management for homeowners who want their investment protected and their property cared for like it’s personally owned. It began when the founder was asked by friends relocating out of state due to a military move to manage their home, after they struggled to find a property management company they truly trusted. After obtaining the proper licensing, MPM quickly earned a reputation for attentive, hands-on service, strong communication, and exceptional care of each home. Within months, satisfied clients began referring other homeowners, and the company grew rapidly through word-of-mouth. As the number of properties expanded, MPM built a dedicated property management team to deliver consistent, professional service across every home. Today, MPM is known for reliable, full-service property management and self-management options, helping owners maximize returns, minimize stress, and feel confident their property is in the right hands.
