MPM offers in-person and mobile Notary Public services to the local community 24/7. Whether you need documents notarized for personal or business purposes, our team provides reliable, straightforward service during regular office hours 9AM - 5PM, with a mobile notary option 24/7.

Our notary services are offered independently of our property management services and are available to the public for $10 per signature.

In-Office Notary

  • Fee: $10 per signature

  • Location: On-site at our office

  • Availability: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

  • Appointments not required, Walk-ins are welcome

Mobile Notary

  • Fee: $10 per signature

  • Mobile service arranged by phone

  • Availability: 24/7

  • Please text NOTARY to 910.741.5221 and you will be contacted to set up a time

What You Need For a Notary

To ensure a smooth notary experience, please have:

  • A valid, government-issued photo ID with signature

  • All documents requiring notarization

  • Any required signers present at the time of notarization
