Meet Our Team
MPM was founded in 2016 to provide a higher standard of residential property management for homeowners who want their investment protected and their property cared for like it’s personally owned. It began when the founder was asked by friends relocating out of state due to a military move to manage their home, after they struggled to find a property management company they truly trusted. After obtaining the proper licensing, MPM quickly earned a reputation for attentive, hands-on service, strong communication, and exceptional care of each home. Within months, satisfied clients began referring other homeowners, and the company grew rapidly through word-of-mouth. As the number of properties expanded, MPM built a dedicated property management team to deliver consistent, professional service across every home. Today, MPM is known for reliable, full-service property management and self-management options, helping owners maximize returns, minimize stress, and feel confident their property is in the right hands.

Dillon Myers
Broker-In-Charge
Dillon serves as the Broker in Charge, dedicated to making property ownership effortless for owners while building genuine, personal connections with tenants moving into the community.
Raised right here in Onslow County, Dillon’s local roots run deep his grandfather was stationed at Camp Lejeune, retired in the area, and planted the family’s roots in coastal North Carolina for generations to come.
When he isn't helping clients, Dillon loves grabbing a bite at Rick’s Restaurant or unwinding at Topsail Brewing Co.
On the weekends, you’ll find him deep in the local drag racing scene alongside his wife, Alexis, their two young daughters, and extended family. When they aren't at the track, Dillon and his family love heading out on camping trips and setting sail on family cruises.
At home, life is kept lively by Bodacious, the family’s Beagle, and Kitty Cat, a domestic shorthair affectionately named by his three-year-old daughter.

Vacation Rental Manager & Realtor
Born and raised right in Sneads Ferry, Alexis brings true local insight to her dual role as Vacation Rental Manager and Real Estate Sales Agent. She takes special joy in helping visiting families plan their coastal getaways ensuring their precious time off work is stress-free, relaxing, and memorable.
Alexis loves living the coastal lifestyle to the fullest. On weekends, you’ll often spot her strolling local vendor markets, playing with her two toddler daughters at Stump Sound Park, or hunting for shark teeth along the shore. Whenever the weather allows, she’s out on the boat soaking up the sun with her family.
Alexis lives locally with her husband, Dillon, their two young daughters, their Beagle named Bodacious, and their family cat, Kitty Cat.
Sean Buhr
Long-Term Property Manager
As Long-Term Property Manager, Sean guides owners and tenants through every detail of the day-to-day rental process with care and efficiency.
Growing up in a military family, Sean moved around to various duty stations before his family settled in eastern North Carolina when his father retired from Camp Lejeune. After graduating from NC State (Go Pack!), Sean returned home to Sneads Ferry and now resides in nearby Jacksonville.
An avid sports fan, Sean loves catching NC State and LA Chargers games on the big screens at local spots, testing his knowledge at neighborhood trivia nights, or catching the latest movies in the theater.
Outside of work and game days, Sean stays active alongside his Jack Russell Terrier, Jack, who never misses an opportunity to get outside and soak up the sunshine.
