Why MPM?

It started with a favor for friends.

In 2016, some friends of ours were getting ready for a military move out of state. They had a house they didn’t want to sell, and they’d had a hard time finding a property manager they trusted, so they asked us to look after it.

We said yes. We checked in on the house the way we’d check on our own, answered tenants’ calls ourselves, and kept our friends in the loop. They told other owners, and those owners told others.

That’s still how most of our clients find us. Today we manage homes across Sneads Ferry, Holly Ridge, Surf City, North Topsail Beach, Hampstead, Jacksonville, and Leland, but we’re still the same small team that works hard to earn your trust one house at a time.
